Bill and Sharon Fuchs, owners of Max 7 Cleaning and Property Services Ltd in Calgary Alberta, are committed to developing site-specific cleaning approaches to ensure each property is well maintained and will enhance the joy of ownership in a condo.

We begin by personally cleaning each project so we understand the needs of the property and to ensure that our high standards are followed by each staff member we employ. We conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure high standard and deliver same day service to resolve any issues.

We believe in using flexible scheduling, high-quality staff and open communication to ensure every property is maintained with high, uncompromising standards. We choose to deliver Wow to every property.

We specialize in providing one stop services to ensure properties are well maintained to enhance pride of ownership.

While our focus is high-density condos, our services are available on a part-time, full time or as- needed basis for any size or type of condo. Our team can deliver a complete cleaning, maintenance, administrative and concierge service at your property.

Matthew Vanderstelt, Managing Partner

¡A designated accountant (CPA) with over twenty years of business leadership and accounting experience, Matthew has joined Max 7 Cleaning as the Managing Partner. Using his experience in the Restoration and Property Management industries, Matthew brings valuable experience to the operations at Max 7 Cleaning and Property Services. With a focus on Max 7 Cleaning’s Values, Matthew is committed to ensuring our clients are, not just satisfied, but entirely confident in the expertise and reliability of Max 7 Cleaning.

Bill Fuchs, Founding Partner

As the founder of Max 7 Cleaning, Bill has extensive experience in the industry. Bill is personally involved with every project. Max 7’s cleaning approach is comprehensive and detailed and always involves our personal touch. Bill has trained his team to ensure quality and operations excellence in every building. Bill’s commitment to excellence has earned him his reputation for providing high quality, detail orientated service. Max 7 has a reputation of excellence working successfully with Property Managers, Boards of Directors and Building administrators.

Sharon Fuchs, Consulting Manager

Sharon has worked in the property management industry for over 20 years. Sharon has a CPA-CMA designation and MBA. Sharon has taught governance, financial management and strategic planning to not for profit boards. Sharon has worked with property managers, building managers and on-site personnel. Sharon’s expertise in property management means that she understands the role of the board and the needs of the Property Manager. Max 7’s goal is to partner with the board, the property manager and property administrators to work together to deliver a high quality, well maintained building.
